Throughout the MBA course, I would get the opportunity to have internship and study tour in many renowned business organizations which would provide me with practical knowledge and experience regarding various aspects of business administration (Bunakov et al., 2015). This would also provide me with in-dep th knowledge and information regarding critical issues and challenges that are faced by the human resource managers. I would also get the opportunity to have frequent field visits to many domestic business organizations which will help me regularly in being informed regarding the alterations in the financial aspects. In most of the cases, the companies in which the MBA students are provided the opportunity for having internships provide them with sponsorships regarding their course provided that these students need to be loyal to the company after the completion of their studies. In the second-year of MBA degree, campus placements will be coming for recruitment by various multinational companies for Brisbane location which would provide me with a vital opportunity to be placed in renowned business organizations as an HR professional (Brown, Arendt Bosselman, 2014). Completion of the MBA degree course will also result in a high pay package as the knowledge of this subject is very crucial for any business organization to develop and grow and being an MBA student with relevant knowledge would make me a very preferred candidate for the job profiles. After the working for 1 to 2 years in the multinational company, I would have gained experience to shift to any better multinational company for a highe r professional profile and role which would enhance my abilities and knowledge in the respective field. After gaining experience in the higher level of the field, I can even plan and strategize about my own business ventures and enterprises. Choosing MBA as a major part of career pathway is very much relevant to the definition as this particular Masters Degree provides better scopes and opportunities for having a bright future for me. In regards to the management of career, in the case of my perseverance of the MBA course definitely involves planning regarding the engagements and activities which would provide optimum outcomes regarding future career prospects which would provide me with better fulfillment, financial stability, and growth. Success in any career can be determined by the progress that an individual has made in terms of knowledge, financial stability, and overall fulfillment (Dredge, Airey Gross, 2014). Goal setting The setting of goals both short and long-term is very crucial for having success in the career or any kind of job that an individual is in. It is a fact that setting up goals is a daunting task when it comes to realistic approach. By integrating the Goal setting theory of motivation which integrates the SMART approach can assist in setting effective short-term and long term goals that would direct my career prospect in the orientation of positive and bright future (Gu, 2014). In accordance to the SMART Goal Setting Theory, my goals will be in the orientation of working harder, towards a focused target of education and career. Having specific goals would also help me in assessing my own progress. According to the SMART model, my short-term and long-term goals should be as follows: S-Specific goals need to set so as to have high performance in my studies and overall career. Having specific goals would motivate me to work harder and give my best to my studies along with every aspect of my career. I will be able to reach to a particular standpoint even when the circumstances will not be favorable in regards to my MBA career (Kozak et al., 2014). R- Realistic approach to setting up my goal would help me in getting the real and practical perspective of the goals that I would be making in orientation to my MBA course study and the future endeavors based on it. It will not necessarily shorten my bigger dreams but would simply add a realistic view to them (Rahimi et al., 2017). T-Time bound approach to my goals will help me in structuring the efforts and work that is needed to be put for achieving my short and long term goals within a specific time frame. Learning Goals The five most important learning or career goals that I wish to achieve within the time frame of 10 years are stated as follows: To be placed in a renowned Multinational company in the job profile of HR Professional for 2 years. To switch the company after gaining relevant experience in the department of human resource in the previous business organization and getting placed in the Managerial roles in the Human Resource Department in a different business organization with the different business organization for next 3 years (Law, Buhalis Cobanoglu, 2014).
